We supported UK Power Networks (UKPN) through the RIIO ED1 Price Control. This control determines the revenue that UKPN is allowed to charge for the use of, and connection to, its electricity networks over an 8 year period starting April 2015.

Our support focused on:

• Critiquing plans to reduce fault resolution times in London;
• Comparative analysis of RIIO ED1 business plans; and
• External perspective on Ofgem policy and impacts for UKPN’s RIIO ED1 debates.
