Over a period of 4 months we supported the commercial business of Naturgas Fyn in reviewing and developing their risk management capabilities. This work included:

• Formulation of the overall business model;
• Defining the risk catalogue for the commercial part of Naturgas Fyn;
• Evaluation and revision of the existing risk policy;
• Evaluation of business procedures and processes; and
• Development of a new risk assessment model and risk reporting.
