RIIO ED1 Support

We supported Electricity North West Limited (ENWL) through the RIIO ED1 Price Control. This control determines the revenue that ENWL is allowed to charge for the use of, and connection to, its electricity network over the 8 years starting April 2015.

Our support to date has had the following components:

  • Analytical support in preparing the RIIO ED1 Business Plan submission;
  • Comparative analysis of RIIO ED1 business plans; and
  • External perspective on Ofgem policy and impacts for ENWL’s RIIO ED1 debates.
